I wanted to start a blog so all of you can see some photos of the recipes that I have created for this book.
It is also a great place to find out where and what I am currently doing.
I am currently in Red Deer, my home town in Alberta. I will be returning to Costa Rica where I will be working as the chef and raw food instructor for the 3 week Anusara Yoga Immersion Training.
