Costa Rica Bliss....


Costa Rica is Bliss!
My excitement is building! My partner, and best friend Ben will be joining me here in Costa Rica in less than a week. The first of ten, one and a half hour rebalancing sessions begins tomorrow, and I will be doing my first video demo for all of you!

Mexican Feast


When it comes to preparing raw food, I must say that Mexican cuisine truly can win over any crowd. The flavors of cilantro, chili, cumin and citrus all wrapped up in the corn and flax tortillas are familiar and festive, and extremely delicious!

Sunshine, Monkeys, and Raw Food...


It has been a week today since I began preparing food back at the Hacienda Del Sol for all the lovely folks here , and not a day has gone by without loads of sunshine and howler monkey calls. Raw food, rebalancing and the tropical jungle...need I say more?
